Harrison House Music & Arts

The Harrison House Music & Arts is based in the landmark straw bale retreat built by the late composer Lou Harrison in Joshua Tree, California. It brings cultural vibrancy to the high desert by providing gifted artists a residency opportunity in an environment conducive to creative development, presenting high-quality arts programming within an underserved community and maintaining a rare video archive about Lou Harrison, his life and legacy and supporting performance & media projects created by Artist/Founding Director Eva Soltes.
