The Energy Resource Foundation is devoted to solving California’s energy problems through community development and public education.
The ERF builds low cost, ultra high efficiency homes and offices out of used shipping containers and other recycled materials so that cost savings can be passed along to individuals and small businesses, promoting positive growth in local communities. Providing homes and offices that are inexpensive to buy or rent, as well as low in cost to operate or maintain, will provide a greater positive cash flow to individuals and small businesses which will stimulate growth and add value to local communities as well as raising public awareness to growing energy needs. The ERF also assists in the development of a variety “green energy” resources through its own research and development or through collaborations with other like-minded organizations.
